Your earned salary is calculated based on the salary details provided by your employer. It may differ from your actual monthly salary.

We divide your monthly gross pay by the number of days in the month. This gives us your daily salary.

If you are absent, the salary for that day is not added to your salary on Anekk.

Your Current Available Advance depends on various factors:

  • Number of days you were present and punched attendance.
  • If you transact at the end of the month, your Current Available Salary may be lower in the next month.
  • You may not have completed your employer’s probation (usually 3 months).
  • We may not have received the money you withdrew in the previous month.
  • You’re absent for three or more days in a row.
  • We may not have received your attendance data.

Transactions can be paused for many reasons:

  • Your salaries are being calculated by your employer and your salary withdrawals may be paused for some time.

The daily transaction limit is the maximum amount you can withdraw from your current available salary in a single day. Currently there is no limit and you may avail the advance, if you have not exhausted the entire available amount.

We transfer the amount in 2-4 hours during business hours 10am-4pm, Monday to Friday, except bank holidays. Any request submitted after business hours will be processed in next working day. Please note your bank may take up to 5 days to show the credit.

You will be required to submit your bank account details during the KYC process. Once your bank account is verified, loan will be credited to that account.

Advance Amount requested should be Rs. 500 or more.

We’ll update your phone number once your employer confirms it, which could take up to 3 days.

You will be required to submit your bank account details during the KYC process. Once your bank account is verified, loan will be credited to that account.

Send an email to [email protected] with the subject “Request to delete account”. Please provide your Name, Registered Mobile Number and Name of your Employer in the email.

Kindly allow us 7 days to deactivate your account.

If you accidentally declined camera access and want to enable it again, you can do so by following these general steps:

1. Find the option to manage camera permissions or site settings.
2. Change the camera permission setting to “Allow” or “Ask” if available.
3. Reload the website or app and grant permission to access the camera when prompted.

Please enter your own PAN, Aadhaar number, Bank Account Details. KYC will fail if your PAN, Aadhaar and Bank Account Details do not match.

  • KYC Validity depends on our Financial Partners. It may vary between 6 months to 12 months.

The reward availed will be reflected under the rewards section within 24 hours of successful completion of the referral (colleague’s sign up on Anekk and meet condition as per referral scheme) on which the offer is applicable.

At the moment, there are no constraints on the maximum number of offers that the customer can avail.

In case of any transaction reversals, the reward availed on the transaction will continue to remain as part of your reward section.

  • There is no limitation on the amount a customer can earn through referral via the Anekk app per financial year (i.e. 1st April to 31st March)
  • Any cashback-related queries should be raised within 30 days, post successful signup or transaction.
  • Cashback is subject to withdrawal and no transaction fee will be charged for it.
  • The referral must be initiated using the Anekk app and completed by the customer within the Anekk app.
  • Anekk reserves the right to award offers and related benefits as per internal policy decided by Anekk from time to time.
  • Anekk has the right to amend the terms & conditions, end the offer, or call back any or all of its offers without prior notice.
  • In case of any dispute, Anekk reserves the right to resolve the same as per the Terms & conditions of any offer at its sole discretion.
